I just love this stamp set, Butterfly Basics, which has the tiny butterfly image, the leafy pattern, the “tracks,” a medium butterfly between these two sizes, this and other sentiments and the tiny honeycomb images.
Start with a base of Whisper White card stock, add a mat of Lost Lagoon and another layer of Whisper White, which is randomly stamped in Blushing Bride with the tiny honeycomb image from the set. Add a couple of stamped leaves in Pistachio Pudding, some tracks in Lost Lagoon and Daffodil Delight.
Add some contrasting paper strips from the All Abloom Paper Stack that have been scalloped with the Scallop Border Punch to the bottom. Use the Butterfly Framelits to die-cut a butterfly to add wings to any card. Embellish with a Candy Dot. Stamp the message “There is nothing in the caterpillar that tells you it is going to be a butterfly” from this stamp set and you are good to go with a card that is suitable for a birthday, thinking of you, get well or even sympathy.
Thanks for looking,
Carole
