The base is Daffodil Delight, then a mat of Basic Black to make the fish “pop.”
With an upper layer of Very Vanilla, sponge the entire card by working in circular motions, starting with Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral, Pear Pizzazz, Marine Mist, Perfect Plum. It is best to change the sponge with every different color and have dedicated sponges each for yellows, greens, blues, violets.
Then, with Soft Suede, stamp the seaweed, which you don’t want very dark. Then stamp the fish with Jet Black Staz-On, and stamp it off a couple of times for the fish to appear in the distance.
Add a strip of Natural 7/16″ Trim Ribbon (which you can stamp on!). On top of that, stamp in Soft Suede the sea shell from the By the Tide set and fussy-cut it out. Use a glue dot to adhere it to the ribbon.
